We provide HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and security features, but ultimate compliance responsibility remains with your practice.
You retain full ownership of all patient data and practice information stored in our platform. You can export or delete your data at any time.
We process your data only as necessary to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your information.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We provide technical support during business hours via email and may offer additional support channels for premium customers.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of our service with reasonable notice. Critical updates will be communicated in advance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hospiprop regarding your use of our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
